Due to issues with my laptop I do not have time to write a what to look for post so I’ll just redirect you all to links that did. But there will be a review up tomorrow, as normal. Enjoy the game everyone and lets hope everyone stays healthy.
The Eagles play their third preseason game tomorrow against the Browns at Lincoln Financial Field. Typically, this third preseason game is the last real warmup the starters will get before the real season begins, so it’s always the most important and meaningful. Plus, the team actually starts to treat this week like they would a regular season week. There’s a little bit of film study and game planning for the Browns. The practices are similar to how they would go for a real game, so hopefully we’ll be seeing a crisper and better effort than we did last week.
I can’t remember a worse pre-season first half in Andy Reid’s tenure. Anyway, it’s time to move forward and look towards a better performance versus the Browns on Thursday night. I’m going to highlight the players I believe struggled against the Steelers and players that performed very well and need to maintain that level of play.
In anticipation of tonight’s all-important third preseason game, here are 10 players I’ll be keeping my eye on during what is likely to be a physical contest at Lincoln Financial Field as rain is projected in the forecast for the entire evening.
The Eagles’ third preseason game is often Andy Reid’s final opportunity to effectively assess players battling for positions on his starting 22.
